Is the mirror easy to break during shipping? How about the packaging?

Each mirror is wrapped in thick shockproof foam and reinforced heavy-duty carton. Double-layer protection guards against drops and impacts during shipping. If damaged on arrival, You can find our contact guide in the Kelly Miller store.
How to install the mirror? Are all hardware included? Do I need to buy extra accessories?

Our mirror uses a professional French Cleat system. One cleat is pre-installed on the back. The wall cleat, screws, drywall anchors, and instructions are all included. No extra purchase needed.
How is the mirror glass quality? Is the paint safe? What about the backing board?

This mirror uses 4mm high-quality silver glass for clear reflection with no distortion. It features premium lead-free paint (safe & low-VOC) and FSC-certified MDF backing board for strength and eco-friendliness.
What‘s the finish type of the gold frame？

It’s a hand-applied gold foil finish by artisans, with a more premium look than spray paint or brushed metal.
Can the mirror be mounted stably with non-standard stud spacing?

Yes, the mirror’s heavy-duty French cleat mounting system is designed to work with standard and non-standard stud spacing. other sizes cleat (18IN, 20IN, 24IN) are compatible if purchased separately.
