Refund policy
At Plushly.cyou, operated by QARI Foundation, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing products for the home. Our collection includes practical and decorative items such as alarm clocks and mirrors, and we understand that customers may occasionally need to return an item because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply does not meet their expectations.
This Return and Refund Policy explains our return procedures, eligibility requirements, refund process, and customer responsibilities.
1. Return Period
Unless a different remedy is required by applicable law, customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
A return request submitted after this period may not qualify for a standard return unless the circumstances involve a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming product or another legally protected right.
2. Conditions for a Standard Return
For a standard return based on preference or change of mind, the merchandise should generally:
- Have been purchased directly from Plushly.cyou;
- Be returned within the applicable return period;
- Be unused or only reasonably inspected;
- Remain in substantially its original condition;
- Include original packaging where reasonably available;
- Include accessories, components, manuals, and other materials supplied with the product; and
- Be accompanied by sufficient order information for us to identify the purchase.
Customers should handle mirrors with particular care because reflective surfaces, frames, edges, and glass or glass-like components can be damaged through impact, pressure, scratching, or improper handling.
3. Damaged Mirrors and Other Merchandise
If a mirror arrives cracked, chipped, shattered, bent, scratched, or otherwise visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
For a shipping-damage investigation, we may request:
- Order number;
- Customer name;
- Photographs of the shipping carton;
- Photographs of internal packaging;
- Photographs showing the damage;
- A description of the condition upon arrival; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
Please retain the original packaging until we have reviewed the matter whenever reasonably possible.
4. Defective Alarm Clocks
If an alarm clock does not operate as described, does not power on, or exhibits another material product defect, please contact us.
Before determining that an alarm clock is defective, customers should confirm that the product has been assembled, powered, configured, and operated according to the applicable product instructions.
A problem caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, unsuitable power equipment, or failure to follow product instructions may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a product that is materially different from what you ordered, receive the wrong item, or discover that a component is missing, contact us promptly.
We will compare the order information with the merchandise shipped and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, return, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
6. How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending merchandise back.
Send your return request to:
Please provide:
- Full name;
- Order number;
- Purchase date;
- Product name;
- Reason for requesting the return;
- Description of any defect or damage;
- Photographs when relevant; and
- Any other information reasonably requested by customer service.
Do not send a package to the return address until you have received return instructions when such authorization is required.
7. Return Address
Authorized returns should be directed to:
QARI Foundation
1207 Delaware Ave Unit 3345
Wilmington, DE 19806
United States
The existence of a return address does not itself constitute authorization for an unsolicited return.
8. Return Shipping
For a standard return based solely on customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return transportation costs unless otherwise stated at the time the return is approved.
Where merchandise is defective, damaged before delivery, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, we will determine the appropriate handling of return transportation costs based on the circumstances.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict a remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
9. Refunds
After an authorized return is received, we may inspect the merchandise to determine its condition and confirm the applicable remedy.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on the circumstances, a refund may include the eligible merchandise price and other amounts that applicable law requires to be returned.
10. Refund Timing
Once a refund has been authorized and submitted, the actual posting time may depend on the customer's bank, credit-card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.
A delay caused solely by a third-party financial institution after the refund has been submitted is outside our direct control.
11. Exchanges
If inventory permits, we may offer an exchange for an eligible item.
An exchange is subject to product availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
12. Items Returned in Unsuitable Condition
A standard change-of-mind return may be denied or adjusted where the merchandise has been substantially used, intentionally damaged, modified, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition materially different from the condition in which it was delivered.
This limitation does not apply to rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
13. Legal Rights Preserved
This policy is intended to establish our ordinary commercial return procedures. It does not waive or eliminate rights or remedies provided by applicable federal or Delaware law.
Delaware's Consumer Fraud Act prohibits certain deceptive or unfair conduct involving the sale or advertisement of merchandise.
Delaware's Uniform Commercial Code also contains rules concerning the sale of goods and remedies where goods fail to conform to the sales contract.
